The cleanliness of common areas needs improvement!!! Many amenities including the ice machine were non-functional, and the pool area required attention. A renovation would greatly benefit the overall ambiance, which felt quite dated.

i really liked my stay at the hampton inn. the king studio suite was fantastic, and the extra coffee made my mornings better! the staff was super friendly, and the saltwater pool was a refreshing treat. it’s been a great option for us for several years now.

this hotel is really letting things slide. my room had unsafe electrical plugs, which is obviously a safety hazard. also, it just wasn’t clean enough for my taste. i also expected some sort of complimentary gift for my trouble, but i guess that's beyond their capabilities. almost left a better review, but just couldn’t.

It was just an excellent fit for a mini-vacation in Tomball with value for price. The cheerful kitchen staff made sure I had everything I needed at breakfast, which was a nice touch. Consider asking for extra towels at check-in for convenience.

I had a really enjoyable time with my family at the hotel. The front desk staff was super friendly and even remembered our names during our stay. The breakfast was excellent. There was a guy who treated us like old friends and made sure we had everything we needed to start our day right!
